As I have commented on facebook your product is not suitable for dentally challenged people. It is hard as a brick and tasteless . one commentator also expressed it was allowed to cool in it's own fat and left an oily aftertaste. Not like real crackling at all.

I would suggest you look at the cooking process.

PASCAL"S Crackle is better than i can make at home. 100 grams is just right for morning tea with a cuppa. and for those of us who have sugar problems, this product has healthy fat protein and salt YUM!
